What information is required before renting a wedding car?
Before renting a wedding car, please confirm the rental date, locations the car needs to travel to, and the start and end times. The car route should be planned according to the wedding schedule, and we recommend submitting the locations (e.g., the couple’s homes, registry office, wedding banquet venue) at least one month in advance for proper arrangement.
How far in advance should I make a reservation?
During peak wedding seasons, availability may be limited. We recommend making a reservation 4 to 6 months before the wedding. Once the order is confirmed, the vehicle you select will be reserved for you.
Are there additional charges for renting a wedding car?
The rental fee includes driver service and fuel costs. Additional fees such as tunnel fees, bridge tolls, and parking fees on the day will be charged separately and reimbursed. The driver will pay these costs upfront, and you can pay the driver at the end of the journey.
How can I change the itinerary after confirming the booking?
If you wish to change the itinerary after confirming the booking, please notify us at least 14 working days before the rental date. A service fee of $300 will be charged for itinerary changes. We will try our best to accommodate changes based on availability.
Do you provide wedding car decorations?
Yes, we do!
• Free: Each wedding car comes with a ribbon flower decoration (two mirrors and four door handles).
• Paid: We offer fresh and silk flower decorations. You can refer to the above details for costs and styles.
What happens if there is inclement weather?
If a Black Rainstorm Warning or a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is issued two hours before the booked rental time, we will suspend service. You can choose to reschedule for free or receive a refund. If you must proceed with the rental during such weather, a special surcharge will apply. (P.S. Surcharge: 50% of the total rental fee, and you will be responsible for any accidents or damages that may occur during the journey.)
What happens if the wedding car breaks down?
If the car is unable to arrive or provide service due to mechanical failure, the pre-paid service fee will be fully refunded without any additional charges or compensation. If the car breaks down during the journey, we will immediately send a replacement vehicle of the same class. Any time lost or price differences (if a different class vehicle is used) will be compensated.
