Required documents:
Application Form TD63A
Travel documents passport/Hong Kong and Macau Pass original and copy
Original and copy of Mainland/overseas driving license
Hong Kong Identity Card (if any)
Proof of Hong Kong address in the last month
The processing time is about 10~14 working days

Processing Procedures
1. Submit all the information
After we receive your documents, it will take about 2-3 working days to complete the application.
2. Obtaining the Certificate
After completing the application, you will be notified to pick up your Hong Kong driver's license at our Kwun Tong office, or you can choose SF Express (shipping fee is about $18) to have it sent to your designated delivery address.

Note: If you wish to apply for a Hong Kong driving license without taking the test, please submit all the documents first. If the application is rejected by the Transport Department due to personal reasons, the agency fee will not be refunded.
