Application Procedure
1. Submit All Documents
Once we have received all your documents, the application will be completed within 2-3 working days.
2. Obtaining the Certificate
After completing the application, you will be notified to pick up the international license plate at our Kwun Tong office, or you can choose SF Express (shipping fee is about $18) to have it sent to your designated delivery address .

Note:
If you wish to apply for the International Driving Permit service, please ensure that any fines are paid beforehand. If the application is rejected by the Transport Department due to unpaid fines or other personal reasons, the service fee will not be refunded.
