What information do I need to prepare before renting a wedding car?
Before renting a wedding car, please confirm the rental date, the locations the wedding car needs to pass through, and the start and end times. The wedding car route should be designed according to the wedding process on the big day, and it is recommended to submit the driving locations (such as the bride and groom's home, the registry, the wedding banquet location, etc.) to us one month in advance for arrangement.

 

How long in advance do I need to make a reservation?

During the peak wedding season, the schedule may be full, so it is recommended to make an appointment four to six months before the wedding. After confirming the order, the vehicle you selected will be reserved for you.

 

 

Is there any additional charge for renting a wedding car?

The rental fee for the wedding car includes the driver's fee and fuel. In addition to the rental fee, the day's driving tunnel fee, bridge fee, parking fee and other fees will be reimbursed. The driver will pay for it first, and you will pay it to the driver after the day's trip.

 

 

What can I do if I want to change my itinerary?

If you want to change your itinerary after confirming your order, please notify us at least 14 working days before the date of booking. A $300 service fee will be charged for changing your itinerary. We will try our best to accommodate your reservation.

 

 

Will wedding car decorations be provided?

Will provide!

Free: Each wedding car is provided with free ribbon flower decorations (two side mirrors + four door handles)

Charges: We provide fresh flowers and silk flower arrangements. For fees and styles, please refer to the content above.

 

 

What will you do if you encounter bad weather?

If a black rainstorm warning or tropical cyclone warning number 8 or above is issued 2 hours before the wedding car reservation time, we will suspend the service. You can choose to reschedule for free or get a refund. If you must use the wedding car under such circumstances, a special surcharge will be charged. (ps surcharge: 50% of the total rental amount, and you will be responsible for any unexpected losses during the trip.)

 

 

What will be done if there is a mechanical failure on the wedding car?

If the wedding car fails to arrive or provide service due to mechanical issues, the prepaid service fee will be fully refunded, with no additional charges or compensation. If a breakdown occurs during service on the day of use, we will immediately arrange a replacement vehicle of the same class. Any time lost or price differences (if a different class vehicle is used) will be adjusted accordingly.
