1. Register for computer lottery.

2. Submit your application online o be review by both Governments after winning the lottery.

3. Install vehicle RFID card reader and vehicle inspection.

4. Purchase compulsory traffic insurance.

5. Upload documents and information to get approval from the Mainland Government.

6. Upon receiving approval, will proceed to book for departure date.
