Wondering if your car meets the requirements?
1. It must have been first registered in Hong Kong for at least 6 years before being demolished and deregistered;
2. Must have held a valid vehicle licence for at least 10 months (i.e. 304 days or more) within the 12 months prior to cancellation of registration, whether continuous or non-continuous
3. The owner must be the registered owner of the “old private car” for 18 consecutive months or more

FAQ
How to purchase a one-for-one quota?
Place an order → Leave your information → Show up to sign the contract.
First, place an order of $1,000 to reserve a quota, provide the RN number & contact information of the Delivery Team.
After the signing time is confirmed, AutoBright will make an appointment with the old car owner and directly contact the Delivery Team to submit the one-for-one quota old car documents to protect the privacy of both parties. From the time of placing the order to the completion of the 2nd signing of the contract, there will be a responsible colleague to follow up and handle the process. The new and old car owners only need to go to the car factory store on time to sign the documents and handle the procedures.
Is there any limit on the number of times I can participate in the "One-for-One" program?
There is no restrictions. When purchasing an electric vehicle through the One-for-One Program, the number of new license plates will change from 0 to 1, but it will not affect the owner's application qualifications and number of times. As long as the old car is eligible, you can apply for the Electric Vehicle One-for-One Program multiple times.
Is the quota eligible?
Please rest assured that all quotas sold are certified by the Transportation Department to ensure eligibility.
If I haven't booked a car yet, can I book a quota first?
You can book the quota first and then order the car. AutoBright will ensure that the quota is eligible and valid. After ordering the car, you can reimburse the RN number & Delivery Team contact information.
Are there any risks in the second signature session?
Please rest assured that from the finalization of the order to the completion of the second contract signing, AutoBright will have responsible colleagues to follow up the entire process and ensure the successful signing of the second contract and smooth vehicle collection.
Are there any other hidden charges for the one-for-one quota?
The price includes a one-for-one quota, with no hidden charges. If the old owner wants to keep the license plate when signing the contract, he/she needs to pay the license plate fee, and the new owner needs to pay the relevant fees for the transfer of the tram.
Payment Methods
First, pay a deposit of $1,000 to AutoBright's company account, and then pay the balance when you sign for the first time at the car factory. Payment methods include FPS/Payme/bank transfer.
