Processing Procedures (full agency service)

1. Register for computer lottery.

2. Submit your application online o be review by both Governments after winning the lottery.

3. Install vehicle RFID card reader and vehicle inspection.

4. Purchase compulsory traffic insurance.

5. Upload documents and information to get approval from the Mainland Government.

6. Upon receiving approval, will proceed to book for departure date.

After winning the lottery, you need to submit the documents within 72 hours. The entire application process is expected to take 20-30 working days.
